Walk-Through
Great for vacant homes!

A member of the JMax Design team will conduct a tour of the home to assess the staging needs, evaluate the target market, and take measurements and photos of the spaces. This information will allow us to create a customized staging package of furnishings and accessories that perfectly fits the home’s needs and aesthetic!
$150*
  • Includes a max of 30 min for a home walk through and a detailed report with images
  • $50 per hour will apply for any time exceeding the allotted duration.
Walk & Talk
Perfect for owner occupied homes!

A member of the JMax Design team will tour the home with the homeowner and/or agent to identify which items will be used or removed, determine any additional decor or furniture needed, and provide paint suggestions, if relevant, to enhance the staging aesthetic. A detailed scope of work, with notes and images, will be provided

  • Includes a max of 1 hour for a home walk through and a detailed report with images
  • $50 per hour will apply for any time exceeding the allotted duration.

*The consultation fee will be applied as a credit toward the final price if staging services are booked following the consultation

A $25 travel fee will be applied for locations more than 20 miles from central Littleton, CO.

*The final staging price covers the stage design with an inspiration board, installation, de-staging, and the first 30 days of furniture rental. Starting on the 31st day, a daily charge of 1.5% of the initial staging price will apply until the furniture is removed.

Additional fees may apply for elevator use, extra furniture items not included in the packages, or any other unique circumstances.

OWNER OCCUPIED STAGING

You might think an occupied home is fully furnished, so why would it need staging? Well, it’s likely not reaching its full potential or may have a very specific style that could turn off potential buyers. It’s amazing what a few added decor pieces, artwork, and special furniture can do!

Sometimes, all a JMax Design team member needs to do is declutter, depersonalize, or rearrange the homeowner’s items while adding some of our own. Other times, we may fully stage a few unused rooms while the homeowner is still living there. It all depends on the home’s needs to sell.

Our primary goal with owner-occupied staging is to enhance the space, breathe new life into the home, and showcase its potential to help it sell quickly.

INCLUDES:
Free initial walk-through of the property to obtain images and measurements followed by an in-home staging session styling the homeowner’s items and incorporating JMax Design furniture, decor, and artwork as needed.
